Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If you wish to return your product, you must ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.
Items must be unused, unwashed, free of any odor, and have the original tags intact. Once received, the item goes through a quality check. Gnome reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the item fails inspection.

Store Credit Policy: We process refunds in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days from purchase. After this period, we cannot offer store credit or exchanges.
Defects: The brand is not liable for product defects discovered more than 15 days after purchase or delivery.
Cancellations: Contact us via the “Contact Us” page. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet shipped.
- You may opt for store credit or choose another product.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
